Supporting students with their mental health in secondary schools, combining boxing pad-work or mindfulness with interactive lessons to give students the skills to improve their well-being.

For parents wanting to book their secondary school aged children with one of our coaches into a 1 - 1 or 2 - 1 boxing session.

Our life coaching teaches students new skills and set personal goals to help with their mental health and well-being.These sessions are coaching based, working through a course booklet and learning mindfulness techniques.
